It was just 12 years ago on June 15 when hotel heiress Paris Hilton went from daddy's little girl to pretty much a porn star. Although the leaked video between Hilton and ex-Rick Salomon was soul-crushing for the young woman, many say it put her name on the map. Formerly the BFF of Kim Kardashian — who also found fame thanks to a sex tape "leak" — Hilton's video bared it all. During a past interview with Howard Stern , Trump admitted to watching the socialite's sex tape with wife, then girlfriend, Melania. In an interview with TMZ in , Hilton said "she never made a dime" off of the film. She also is quoted saying that, "that she had never intended the video to be a commercial venture. Her friend and publicist Lizzie Grubman told Fox News , "I think that it is personally embarrassing, a complete invasion of her privacy. But she does have a show to promote, and I think it will help sell the show.
Not originally intended for release, it was filmed primarily with a single, stationary, tripod-mounted camera using "night vision". However, a handful of scenes were filmed indoors without night vision. When Hilton stated publicly that she was "out of it", didn't know what she was doing during the taping of the video and did not approve its public release, Salomon sued Hilton for defamation. Hilton then countersued Salomon over the release of the tape, settling out of court in July In a interview with the British edition of GQ magazine, Hilton stated: "I never received a dime from the video. It's just dirty money and Salomon should give it all to some charity for the sexually abused or something. To be honest, I don't even think about it any more. The rights to the video has since been purchased by Vivid Entertainment. We will never forget.
It's not fair to put words in her mouth and thoughts in her brain like this. She can never hang out on Sundays because she apparently spends the entire day at church. You will only have a happy relationship if either you both believe in the Mormon Church, or both do not believe. No one knows your situation the way you do. They could fill a book, the stories I could tell. Actually, Mormon families are shrinking, just like those outside the Church, but they will always be larger than families outside Mormondom. At 30, you just give up. We need to get over ourselves and start loving each other how the Lord intended. Before I met my husband I had dated quite a few members and some relationships were quite serious but I never felt right about it.
